- • At least one senior personnel with NQF Level 7 CETA certification for LIC
- • Certified ID copies of director(s) (not older than 3 months)
- • Entity tax compliance status PIN and tax reference number
- • MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9 declarations
- • Billing clearance certificate/municipal accounts statement (not older than 3 months) or lease agreement
- • BBBEE status level certificate or original affidavit
- • Original tender document
- • Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable)
- • Proof of CSD registration
- • Minimum 70% functionality score required to proceed to price evaluation
