- • Proof of municipal rates and taxes payment not in arrears for more than 3 months
- • Not blacklisted by National Treasury or any National Authority
- • Not in service of the state
- • Bid must be submitted on official forms (not re-typed)
- • BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (advantageous but not disqualifying if absent)
