What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid COIDA Certificate (Letter of good standing from Department of Labor)
- • Proof of company address (municipal statement not older than 3 months, not in arrears >90 days) or valid lease agreement
- • Company shareholder certificate(s)
- • ID copy of company owner(s)
- • Valid Joint Venture agreement (if applicable) signed by all parties with all individual parties' mandatory documents
- • Completion of Bill of Quantities/Specification in full
- • MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, and MBD 9 forms completed and submitted
- • All prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT
- • Training provider must be accredited/registered by relevant Quality Council, SETA, or professional body with proof submitted
- • Certificate of Attendance to be issued upon successful completion
