- • ID copies of owner(s)
- • Completion of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/Specification
- • Completion of MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9 forms
- • Valid Joint Venture agreement (if applicable) with all parties' mandatory documents
- • No use of correction fluid; all corrections must be initialed
- • Firm prices inclusive of VAT
- • Tax compliance documentation (TCS certificate or PIN from SARS)
