Supply, delivery and installation of office furniture – Ingquza Hill Local Municipality

Ingquza Hill Local Municipality is procuring office furniture for supply, delivery and installation at two locations: Flagstaff and Lusikisiki municipal offices. The scope includes a heavy-duty industrial paper shredder (SP428C, 3-phase, 4000W), dual-person modular curved workstations, L-shaped executive desks (2m layout with credenza and pedestal), bulk filing cabinets (6-bay, 20-bay, and 2-bay with aluminium doors), visitor chairs with sleigh base and black bonded leather, 3-shelf stationery cupboards (cherry royale melamine), Buddi Box 6-drawer filing systems, and highback executive chairs with leatherlike fabric and chrome base. Quantities specified: 1 paper shredder, 1 curved workstation, 4 L-shaped desks, 4 six-bay filers, 1 twenty-bay filer, 2 two-bay filers, 10 visitor chairs, 8 stationery cupboards, 3 Buddi Boxes, 5 highback chairs (1x variant), 15 highback chairs (second variant), and 1 Herrwood desk with side return. All items must be delivered with immediate effect upon award. The project timeline is one month maximum. Bidders must provide proof of at least six years' experience in office furniture supply and installation, evidence of three successfully completed projects valued at R300,000+ from public sector institutions, and transport (owned or leased bakkie/drop-side truck). Installation is included.
