What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid Full CSD Proof of registration
- • Completed and Signed Declarations (MBD1-9)
- • Valid SARS TCS Pin printout or TCS Certificate
- • Signed letter confirming no overdue municipal accounts exceeding 30 days with proof
- • Accreditation certificate with relevant SETA or LGSETA
- • Minimum 4 traceable references (signed appointment letters or testimonials from past 3 years)
- • Facilitator CV with qualifications
- • Detailed methodology for project implementation plan
- • Sample certificates from ETQA or relevant SETA
- • Facilitator qualification/facilitation certificate
- • Proof of facilitator's 4+ years experience
- • Facilitator accreditation certificate
- • Provide travel, accommodation, and meals (DBB) for facilitator
- • Sign service level agreement with municipality before implementation
- • Issue certificate of attendance after 1 month and certificate of competency after 4 months
- • Submit proof of uploading learners to NLRDB within 5 days before implementation
- • Submit detailed close-out report one week after completion
