What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS exemption letter
- • Proof of entity registration (CM29, CK1/CK2C, ID, Partnership Agreement, NPO/NGO certificate as applicable)
- • Resolution or Power of Attorney authorizing signatory
- • Up-to-date company account (not older than 3 months, not in arrears)
- • Letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days with proof
- • Completed and signed MBD declarations (MBD1-9)
- • Detailed company profile with minimum two reference letters from previous clients on client letterhead
- • Proposed methodology for skills development
- • Copy of QCTO/SETA accreditation certificate with letter specifying areas of accreditation
- • Suitable training venue verification
- • CVs of training facilitators showing minimum 3 years experience in similar projects
- • List of recently completed projects
- • Confirmation of main office location and any branch offices
