- • Detailed Central Supplier Database (CSD) report
- • Lease agreement and signed landlord letter if leasing property (affidavit not older than 3 months)
- • Affidavit or signed property owner letter if residing with family in rates-paid area (not older than 3 months)
- • Signed appointment letters/purchase orders with corresponding reference letters from public sector for similar projects
- • Previous experience from public sector with completed projects in last 5 years valued at R150,000 or above
- • Not in service of the state
- • No outstanding rates, services, or taxes to any municipality for longer than 90 days
- • Not listed on tender defaulters register
- • Not abused employer's supply chain management system
- • Bid valid for 90 days
- • Delivery within 30 days of award
