What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Active CIDB registration valid from bid closing date through contract award
- • CIPC company registration confirmation (not on deregistered list)
- • VAT registration (bids must be VAT inclusive)
- • Full-time Site Agent with NQF Level 6+ in Civil Engineering and 2 years site experience on similar projects
- • Full-time Construction Health and Safety Officer/Manager (CHSO/CHSM) actively registered with SACPCMP with 2+ years proven record
- • Compensation Fund registration or approved Licensed Insurer coverage (for JVs)
- • POPI Act consent form completed and signed
- • For JVs: consolidated B-BBEE certificate and Intent to Enter into JV/Consortium Agreement
- • Attendance at compulsory site briefing meeting (09 July 2026 at Ingwe TVET College Ngqungqushe Campus) — mandatory for responsiveness
