Municipal Finance Hands-On Support Programme Advisors, Gauteng Provincial Treasury

The Gauteng Provincial Treasury is procuring advisory services for a Municipal Finance Hands-On Support Programme. The buyer seeks up to 8 general advisors to be deployed over a 36-month contract period (3 years). Advisors will provide hands-on support to municipalities in financial management and related functions. Pricing must be submitted as fixed monthly rates per advisor, inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF contributions, skills levies). Bidders must specify hourly rates (if applicable) in accordance with the Department of Public Service and Administration's Guide on Hourly Fee Rates for Consultants. The contract includes three pricing years. Travel and accommodation costs are excluded from the fixed fee and remain the service provider's responsibility; relocation allowances and home-town accommodation are not recoverable. Advisors will manage services from their stated office addresses. Bidders must indicate commencement period, estimated man-days for project completion, and whether rates remain firm for the full contract duration or subject to adjustment (with justification, e.g. CPI).
