The service is structured on monthly billing with annual adjustments across the three-year contract period. Pricing must be submitted via Annexure B Pricing Schedule, itemizing monthly fees, annual totals per year, and combined 36-month total. The bidder must confirm whether rates are firm for the full contract period or subject to adjustment (e.g., CPI-linked). Bidders must also provide office address(es) from which services will be managed.
