- • Joint Venture/Consortium agreement/Trust Deed (if applicable) with certified copies of shareholders certificates, company registration, and director/member IDs
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS or CSD number
- • Proof of authority (e.g., company resolution) from authorized representative
- • Security clearance documentation for all personnel (full names, IDs certified by SAPS, position, business address)
- • Confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement signature
- • Valid bid for 120 days from closing date
- • No persons in service of the state as directors/members
- • No conflict of interest with GPL members, cabinet members, provincial legislators, municipal councillors, or public sector officials
