- • Completed and signed Municipal Bidding Documents (MBD)
- • Letter of Good Standing with COIDA relevant to scope of works
- • Declaration of Interest (MBD 4)
- • Preference Points Claim Form (MBD 6.1)
- • Declaration of Bidder's Past SCM practices (MBD 8)
- • Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9)
- • Proof that directors do not owe municipal rates
- • Proof that company does not owe municipal rates
- • Price valid for at least 90 days
- • Price firm and inclusive of VAT and disbursements
