Catering Services Provider for Charlotte Maxeke Rehabilitation Centre, Free State Social Development (3 years)

The service provider must supply and deliver catering services for Charlotte Maxeke Rehabilitation Centre on behalf of the Free State Department of Social Development for a contract period of three (3) years. The catering services include the provision of meals according to specified nutrition menus (attached in Section 4 of the bid document). The bidder is responsible for all aspects of meal planning, preparation, and delivery at the facility in accordance with the attached Nutrition Menus. The contract involves serving an institutional client (a rehabilitation centre), and the bidder must comply with all specified menus and dietary requirements. All delivery and supply costs must be included in the bid price. Price adjustments may be applied in accordance with the formula specified in SBD 3.2, with 85% of the original bid price subject to escalation based on specified indices and 15% remaining firm. The successful bidder will be required to maintain service standards throughout the three-year term and submit monthly or periodic invoices as determined by the Special Conditions of Contract.
