FIC seeks a service provider for support, maintenance, enhancement and configuration of its HALO ITSM cloud platform, including workflow improvements, tenant onboarding, license acquisition and knowledge transfer.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs and QSEs)
- • Tax compliance status (TCS) PIN from SARS or printed TCS certificate
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) number if no TCS PIN available
- • VAT registration number (if applicable)
- • Proof of authority to sign bid (e.g. company resolution)
- • Not in service of the state and no directors/members in state service
- • HALO ITSM expertise and demonstrated capability
- • Ability to complete technical compliance checklist (Yes/No against functional requirements)
