EWSETA seeks to establish a panel of researchers, evaluators, sector experts, and specialists for research, M&E, skills planning, and peer review services in energy and water sectors until 31 March 2030; compulsory briefing required; no guaranteed work; assignments via individual RFQs.

- • CIPC Company Registration Documents
- • Valid B-BBEE Certificate (SANAS accredited) or B-BBEE Affidavit (EME/QSE)
- • SBD 1 (fully completed and signed)
- • SBD 4 (fully completed and signed)
- • Annexure 3 - General Conditions of Purchase (fully signed and initialled)
- • Annexure 4 - POPI/PAIA Consent Forms
- • Master's degree minimum in relevant field (PhD advantageous)
- • Evidence of authored/co-authored research reports or studies
- • Experience with evaluation frameworks and methodologies
- • Confidentiality and indemnity agreement signature required
- • Team profile must remain consistent; written authorisation required for changes
