- • Minimum two (2) signed reference letters confirming current/previous experience providing Energy Modelling Software
- • Company profile, product brochure, or technical proposal demonstrating compliance with scope of work and software functional requirements
- • Price quotation covering software licence/subscription, installation & configuration, training & capacity building, technical support & maintenance for 3-year period
- • Proof of good standing with SARS (verified via CSD or SARS e-filing PIN)
- • SBD 4 - Fully completed and duly signed disclosure form
- • SBD 6.1 - Fully completed Preference Points Claim Form
- • Completed Vendor Accreditation Form
- • Cancelled cheque and/or stamped letter from bank
- • All supplier information and disclosure forms properly completed, signed and stamped by Commissioner of Oaths
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN issued by SARS along with valid tax clearance certificate
- • Certified copy of Identity Documents of Shareholders/Directors
- • Service Level Agreement (SLA) for maintenance and support
- • Training completion reports and user manuals
