- • Environmental incident reporting within 24 hours
- • Incident investigation within 24 hours with Kusile Environmental representative
- • Compliance with National Environmental Management Act No 107 of 1998
- • Compliance with National Environmental Management Waste Act 2008
- • Compliance with Hazardous Substances Act 1973
- • Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) maintenance for hazardous materials
