- • Not under any restriction to do business with Eskom or State-Owned Companies
- • Tenderer nationality must not be from countries on international sanctions lists
- • No submission of multiple tenders individually or as partner in JV/consortium
- • JV/consortium agreement must explicitly state joint and several liability
- • No conflict of interest
- • Tenders must be signed by authorized persons
- • Not on National Treasury restricted list
- • Not on Tender Defaulters list
- • Not restricted by Eskom or its directors
- • Cannot sub-contract 100% of Scope of Work
- • Submission of SBD 1 Invitation to Bid
- • Submission of SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form
- • Submission of SBD 4 Bidders Disclosure
- • Submission of Integrity Declaration Form (Annexure D)
- • Submission of CPA Requirements for Local Goods/Services (Annexure E)
- • Submission of Local Content Declaration if designated materials included (Annexures G1-G4)
- • Submission of Tax Evaluation questionnaire
- • Submission of OHS Legal and Other Requirements acknowledgement
- • Submission of complete tender with commercial, financial and technical information
- • Submission of mandatory commercial tender returnables by stipulated deadlines
- • Upload via Eskom E-tendering site in PDF format (except price list also in Excel)
