- • Method statement demonstrating adequate planning and personnel/equipment positioning (20% weighting)
- • Delivery lead time confirmation: preference for ≤6 weeks (10% weighting)
- • Complete material data sheets including material certificate, QCP, welding procedure, risk assessment, welder qualifications, consumable certificates, welding quality plans, NDT reports, machining reports, and drawings (20% weighting)
- • Site visit by Eskom evaluation team to supplier's workshop before fabrication commencement
