THE DESIGN, DETAILED ENGINEERING, MANUFACTURE, TESTING AT WORKS, SUPPLY, SHIPPING, TRANSPORTATION, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, ERECTION, SITE-TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF CLASS 1 POWER TRANSFORMERS ON AN “AS AND WHEN” REQUIRED BASIS OVER A FIVE (5) YEAR PERIOD FOR DISTRIBUTION DIVISION.
