- • Technical support capability documentation (OEM authorization if tenderer is not OEM)
- • Product Information Sheet and Performance Guarantees (Pressure Drop, Filtration Efficiency, Life Span)
- • Quality Control Plan demonstrating ability to perform QC on filters
