- • SBD 1 - Invitation to Bid completed
- • SBD 4 - Declaration of Interest completed
- • SBD 6.1 - Preference Points Claim completed
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number per party
- • QMEs/EMEs must submit sworn affidavit or CIPC confirmation of turnover
- • Not a person in service of the State
- • No directors/members in service of the State
- • Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act 1993
- • Compliance with all relevant employment legislation and bargaining council agreements
