What you need to qualify for this tender
- • NQF Level 9 or Master's degree in Public Management, MBA, or Master's in Local Government (Technical Expert)
- • Deep understanding of municipal governance structures (section 80 & 79 committees), MFMA, MSA, IGR, DDM
- • Experience working with municipalities, COGTA, Treasury, SALGA
- • NQF Level 6 or 7 with 2-3 years administration experience (Administration Officer)
- • 1-2 years Local Government experience or understanding of government legislations (Administration Officer)
- • Microsoft Office proficiency and computer literacy (Administration Officer)
- • Not in service of the state
- • No directors/members/shareholders in service of the state
- • Not listed on Register of Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs)
