What you need to qualify for this tender
- • SBD 1 and SBD 4 duly completed and signed
- • Annual Financial Statements Declaration with income statement and balance sheet for preceding financial year
- • Audited Annual Financial Statements (AFS) or Bank Statement or funding institution confirmation letter
- • Property zoning certificate per Phumelela Local Municipality land use scheme
- • Preliminary sample layout plan indicating internal floor area and building envelope sizes
- • Attendance at mandatory MS Teams clarification meeting (18 September 2026, 10:00 AM)
- • Building minimum 94m² (SAPOA area certificate required)
- • All documents handwritten in black pen (no digital completion)
- • Original signatures only (no digital or photocopied signatures)
- • All certified documents must have all pages fully certified
- • Bid documents properly indexed and neatly bound
- • Fee structure completed in full
- • If building occupied by other tenants, Department area must be completely isolated with separate entrance/exit
- • Building must upgrade to Grade B before occupation (with comprehensive project plan and funding proof if required)
- • Architect-issued layout plan within 6 months post-appointment
