- • Letter of Authority for signatory/Board/company resolution
- • CIDB registration number (Grade 8GB or higher; JV must have consolidated grading)
- • Valid COIDA/FEM certificate (all JV partners must submit if applicable)
- • CIPC registration verification
- • CSD registration with MAAA Number
- • Attendance at compulsory site briefing (02 September 2026 @ 10h00) - signed register required
- • Form of Offer fully completed, signed and witnessed
- • Complete Bill of Quantities with all items priced or marked N/A
- • Joint Venture agreement signed by all parties (if applicable)
- • Proof of previous experience on similar construction/renovation projects in last 10 years
- • Signed and stamped client references or contactable reference letters
- • CVs of key personnel including OHS officer
- • Copies of professional qualifications/certifications (certified copies not older than 6 months)
- • Copies of all professional registrations
- • Financial documentation (signed and stamped banking records)
- • Tax Compliance Letter with unique PIN (mandatory if recommended for award)
