What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Completed registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- • Completed and signed MBD 1, 4, 6, 8, 9 forms
- • General Conditions of Contract (GCC) signed
- • Rates and taxes account not older than 90 days OR lease agreement OR affidavit if no property
- • ID copies of shareholders/directors and share certificates not older than 3 months
- • Signed Joint Venture agreement (if applicable)
- • BBBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs & QSEs)
- • Audited annual financial statements for past 3 years (if required by law or bid value >R10m)
- • Two copies of tender document (one original, one copy) plus soft copy on disk/USB
- • All alterations initialed/signed by authorized signatory
- • Proof of accreditation (if accredited representative claimed)
