Office Space Provision for NDA Eastern Cape (East London), 60-month lease

The National Development Agency (NDA) seeks a service provider (letting agent or property owner) to identify, secure, and provide provincial office space in East London, Eastern Cape. The premises must be 200 square metres, located centrally within 2 km of public transport, and provide seven parking bays plus one disability-accessible bay, with two additional visitor bays at no cost. The property must be accessible to persons with disabilities (functional lift or ground-floor with ramp), feature 24/7 physical security with CCTV at all entry points, parking and common areas, visitor recording at the main entrance, and backup power (solar, diesel, or alternative) to support server, lighting, plugs, and lift during business hours. A jojo tank or water backup system must be provided. The premises must allow partitioning for NDA's office layout needs and must not be located near schools, colleges, student residences, nightclubs, taverns, or bottle stores. Occupation is scheduled for March 2027, with the contract running for 60 months. The service provider must provide an electrical certificate of compliance before occupation and submit three reference letters demonstrating five years' office space management experience, a detailed two-month project plan with Gantt chart, and a proposed floor layout. The property will be physically inspected by the NDA's Bid Evaluation Committee to verify all specifications.
