Okhahlamba Local Municipality seeks a supplier to provide genuine AutoCAD and Revit software licenses (subscription-based, named-user) for 3 years, including installation and activation support; bidders must be CSD-registered, tax-compliant, and score minimum 70% on functionality (experience, qualifications, SACAP certification).

- • Proof of CSD registration (full report, not older than 3 months)
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and SARS Status Verification PIN
- • Company Registration Certificate
- • Certified copies of identity documents of directors/management
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (copy or certified)
- • Rates bill and/or proof of residence/Lease agreement
- • Proof of reseller/authorised partner status
- • Three projects demonstrating similar experience (10 points per project)
- • Three projects demonstrating 2D/3D drawings, electrical diagrams, construction drawings (10 points per project)
- • At least one consultant with developer qualification and CV
- • Licence type, subscription period, software version, number of users, delivery/activation timeframe, warranty/support details
