- • Signed consent/commitment letter from Project/Culinary Leader if not employed by bidding entity
- • Director municipal rates and taxes compliance for all active directors
- • No arrears on municipal rates and taxes (business and all directors)
- • Not listed on Register of Bid Defaulters
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for preference points)
