- • Certified copy of Shareholders' certificates
- • Certified copy of ID documents of Directors/Members
- • Five reference letters from different clients on business letterhead, signed by authorised person, with contact details, not older than 5 years from closing date
- • Detailed Preventative Maintenance Plan with asset-by-asset schedule
- • Extraction System Deep Cleaning methodology with before/after photographs from 2024 or later
- • Extractor Cleaning Certificate issued to client not older than 2024 showing SANS 1850 compliance
- • Formal commitment to emergency response time (on-site arrival guarantee)
- • Industry-standard warranty commitment (minimum 6 months workmanship, matching OEM warranties on spare parts)
