About this tender
CATHSSETA seeks a panel of qualified event management service providers for end-to-end planning, execution, and logistics of national and provincial high-level events and stakeholder engagements for 40 months until 31 March 2030.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs)
- • Proof of accreditation if claiming to be accredited representative
- • Foreign supplier questionnaire if applicable
- • SBD forms completed and signed
- • One hard copy and one electronic copy (USB) submission
- • Valid Certificate of Acceptability (COA) from caterers
- • Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) for transport coordination
- • Public Liability Insurance
- • Event safety files and engineers' certificates where structures installed
- • Post-event close-out reports within 10 working days
- • Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- • Compliance with Municipal event safety requirements
- • Compliance with POPIA for attendee information handling
- • Management of all event clearance requirements (municipal, JOC, SHEQ)
- • Established national footprint and operational capacity across multiple provinces
