- • Joint Venture/Consortium agreement or Trust Deed (if applicable)
- • All bid documentation completed with Commissioner of Oath signatures
- • Declaration of Interest (Annexure F)
- • Bid Declaration (Annexure G)
- • Declaration of Bidders past procurement practices (Annexure H)
- • Security clearance and vetting by Parliament Protection Services
- • Oath of Secrecy form completion for all personnel
- • List of personnel with full names, positions, ID documents, and home addresses
- • No conflict of interest declaration (not to be MP, Cabinet member, Provincial legislator, municipal councillor, or state employee with conflict)
- • For HDI/RDP preference points: supporting documents (ID documents, CSD reports, medical certificates, turnover statements, manufacturer declarations as applicable)
