- • Declaration of Bidders past procurement practices (Annexure H)
- • Security clearance for all personnel who will work on site
- • List of personnel with full names, positions, ID documents (certified copies), home addresses
- • Oath of Secrecy form completed by all personnel
- • Supporting documents for HDI/RDP preference points claimed (ID Documents, CSD Reports, Medical Certificates, Annual Turnover, Manufacturer Declaration as applicable)
