- • List of personnel with identification documents certified by SAPS
- • Completed Oath of Secrecy form for all personnel
- • Joint Venture/Consortium agreement and all entity SAF forms (if applicable)
- • All bid declarations and Commissioner of Oath signatures
- • Bid compliance checklist completion
- • HDI/RDP supporting documents if claiming preference points (ID documents, medical certificate, annual turnover proof)
