About this tender
ATNS seeks a service provider to deliver Microsoft Office training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms) at Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels for 12 months on an as-and-when-required basis for the ATS Department and related sites in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal.

- • Bidder must be accredited and recognised provider of training, specifically Microsoft Office
- • Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs)
- • CIPC Documents
- • Shareholder Certificates
- • ID copies of shareholders
- • Ability to deliver facilitator-led on-site training in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal
- • Must provide comprehensive learner manuals, digital learning resources, practice files, and supporting materials
- • Must include participant assessments and issue Certificates of Completion
- • Detailed training schedule required indicating duration per module, total training days, and module sequencing
