- • At least 1 contactable reference letter for livestock supply/delivery (not older than 6 years)
- • Detailed minimum 4-weeks quarantine plan with shelter, feed/fodder and healthcare descriptions
- • Detailed transportation plan with images of vehicles
- • Completion of Appendix B
- • Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms
- • SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form
- • SBD4 Bidder's Disclosure form
- • Full CSD report with bid proposal
- • Animals must be free from HPAI, Newcastle, Salmonella and notifiable diseases
- • Animals must be tagged
- • Animals must be dipped 1 week prior to delivery
- • Vaccination and disease-monitoring programme documentation
