- • Occupation Certificate for existing buildings (or prior to occupation if new/reconfigured)
- • Town planning certificate from Local Municipality confirming zoning (valid 12 months)
- • Comprehensive maintenance plan with scheduled maintenance dates and sub-contractor details
- • Building zoning confirmation (Commercial, Office, Public Buildings, or Mixed Use)
- • Location compliance: building within 1km radius of taxi rank (Google Map proof)
- • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) - certified copy or proof of application
- • If major renovation within 2 years: occupation certificate and commitment to submit EPC within 24 months
- • Proof of plans submission to Local Authority within 14 days of sign-off
- • If building previously occupied by government: reference letter from occupying department
- • Google Road Maps printout if off-site parking offered
- • Proof of ownership or lease agreement for off-site parking
- • Security confirmation for off-site parking (access control or 24-hour guards)
