What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with full report
- • Valid Tax Pin Certificate
- • Valid BBBEE certificate
- • Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms
- • Detailed transportation plan with images of vehicles to be used
- • Completion of Appendix B (veterinary health certificate)
- • Animal health requirements: Free from HPAI, Newcastle, Salmonella and notifiable diseases
- • Vaccination and disease-monitoring programme documentation
- • Detailed veterinary health certificate and movement permit
- • Animals must be tagged
- • Animals to be dipped 1 week prior to delivery with certificates
- • Transportation must avoid adverse weather conditions (<5°C or >30°C, rain)
- • Specific goals claim documentation for preference points (HDI ownership, women ownership, youth ownership, PwD ownership, RDP goals, BEE status)
