- • Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)/Agreement (MoA) for similar project
- • Project Team Organisational Structure with certified ID copies of all team members
- • Certified copies of qualifications of all organisational structure members
- • Detailed CVs of every team member
- • Audited Financial Statements for 3 Financial Years
- • Signed confirmation of availability of funding from financiers or bank confirmation for own funding
- • Detailed methodology with cost and time breakdown expressed in project phases
- • 3D Architectural concept sketch of proposed development (for Stage 2 presentation)
- • Financial documents demonstrating financial strength and access to investment capital with bank rating letter
- • MBD 1, MBD 3, MBD 4, MBD 6, MBD 9 forms submission
- • Original certified copies not older than 3 months
- • Municipal rates & taxes statement (ALM bidders) or proof from respective municipality (non-ALM bidders) not older than 3 months
- • Comprehensive JV agreement for joint ventures/consortiums with all returnable documents for each partner
- • Bid documents collected in person or via email with proof of R350 non-refundable bid fee payment
- • All pages signed where necessary with single-line corrections initialled
