- • Datasheet attachment (failure to attach leads to disqualification)
- • Samples submission required (failure to submit leads to disqualification)
- • Quotation validity of 60 days
- • All quotes must be PDF format on company letterhead (MS Word, Excel, Pictures not allowed)
- • No persons in service of the state may bid
- • No bidders blacklisted by National Treasury or National Authority
