What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (compliant with B-BBEE Practice Guide 01 of 2018)
- • SMME status: EME or QSE with 51% or more black ownership by Black People
- • Local manufacturing of valves
- • Municipal rates and taxes statement (not older than 90 days, not in arrears for more than 90 days)
- • Valid tax clearance certificate or SARS PIN
- • Company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders
- • Signed MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest)
- • Signed MBD 8 (Declaration of Bidders past supply chain management practices)
- • Signed MBD 9 (Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination)
- • MBD 6.1 (Preference points claim form)
- • Proof of CSD registration or MAAA Supplier Number
- • Manufacturer datasheet
- • Quotations on company letterhead in PDF format only (no Word, Excel, or pictures)
- • All quotations must include brand names where required
- • All quotations must be inclusive of all applicable taxes
- • Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable)
- • Technical team to have 48 hours notice prior to manufacturing inspection
- • Valves must comply with SANS 776 and SANS 815 standards
