Historical Valuation Services for Farm Entabeni 251 MT — DRDRLD

The procurement seeks appointment of a service provider to assist with historical valuation of Portion 1 of Farm Entabeni 251 MT, measuring 395.1094 hectares, and parts of the remaining extent of the same farm measuring 105.9831 hectares, located in Limpopo Province. The service provider will conduct valuation work to establish historical values for land redistribution or land reform purposes under the Department of Rural Development & Land Reform. The total land area subject to valuation is approximately 501 hectares. The work is for the 2026-2027 financial year.
