- • Agent/entity relationship agreement with landlord (dated within last 12 months) if applicable
- • Approved building plan or structural integrity report or letter of undertaking
- • Confirmation letter for 2000L water supply or backup facilities
- • Locational maps showing distances to magistrate court and public transport
- • Building inspection consent within 5 working days of request
- • Proof of VAT registration or application to SARS (if VAT vendor)
