- • Contract Participation Goals (CPG) declaration form must be completed and signed
- • Minimum 35% CPG including 25% from uMngeni-uThukela Water area of operations and 10% local participation for contracts above R5,000,000 excl. VAT
- • Letter of intent from approved financial institution for performance guarantee (demand guarantee)
- • All three professionals required: Civil/Structural Engineer (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng), Mechanical Engineer (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng), Chemical Engineer (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng) professionally registered with ECSA
- • Minimum functionality score of 70 points required
- • Tender validity 120 calendar days from closing date
