- • Letter of intent from approved financial institution for performance guarantee (demand guarantee)
- • Proof of good standing in terms of COID Act
- • Company Registration Certificate
- • Valid CIDB certificate
- • Evidence to claim preference goals (CSD reports for HDI ownership)
- • Minimum functionality score of 70 points required
- • Bidders Disclosure Form (T2.2.2) completed
