- • Pre-Delivery Inspection Report or Factory Acceptance Test certificate
- • Original hard copy and electronic copy (USB/SD Card) of bid submission
- • All documents signed in black ink (no copies of signatories)
- • Proof of accreditation (if claiming accredited representative status)
- • Foreign supplier pre-award questionnaire (if applicable)
