- • Proof of accreditation for facilitators/trainers, assessors, and moderators
- • Proof of accredited training materials (or purchase agreement from other institutions)
- • Company profile
- • Joint venture/trust/consortium agreement (if applicable) with separate Tax PIN and joint bank account details
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs)
- • Not listed on National Treasury Database of Restricted Suppliers
- • Directors not employed by Government or any Organ of State
