- • Copy of municipal rates and taxes statement (not older than 3 months) for all directors and company
- • Certified copy of latest Annual Financial Statements
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report
- • Company Registration document
- • Proof of municipal rates and taxes compliance or valid rental/lease agreement with proof of payment
- • SAPS affidavit if property not in bidder's name (confirming no arrears)
- • Letter from Traditional Authority if in rural area (not older than 3 months)
- • Proof of registration with South African Council of Planners as Professional Planner
- • Proven track record of developing Human Settlement Plan/Integrated Human Settlement Plans projects
