- • Environmentalist qualification (2) and professional registration (1)
- • Municipal rates and taxes statement not older than 3 months for all directors and company
- • Certified ID copies of all members/owners/directors/shareholders/trustees
- • Latest Annual Financial Statements of company
- • All pages of bid document must be initialed and signed
- • Bid document must be completed in ink
- • Properly sealed envelope submission
- • Proof of no arrears in municipal rates/taxes to any municipality
- • CSD number or CIPC documents for preferential procurement points verification
